Responsibilities
  • Provides technical support to users via phone, email, and chat
  • Provides training and assistance to users
  • Provides prompt and accurate feedback to users
  • Investigates, diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves customer issues in an accurate and timely manner
  • Follows standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Ensures appropriate recording and closure of all issues
  • Prepares accurate and timely reports
  • Documents technical issues and solutions
Qualifications
  • Accepts k-12/High School Graduates or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related field
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Support Engineer or Technical Support
  • Extensive experience in resolving customer IT queries
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Ability to relay important application feedback to internal teams
  • Must have keen attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions and consolidates all accounting related reports ( accounts receivables, accounts payables, tax compliance, payroll, etc.)
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual statements.
  • Assists with the compliance with BIR requirements and ensures timely submission of reports.
  • Prepares and sends billing to clients in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain financial files and records
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time
  • Assist in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and supporting daily operations as needed.
  • Perform general legwork as needed.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
  • Open for Fresh Graduates.
  • Experience as an accounting assistant is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
